One-on-One Tutoring

One-to-One Instruction/Tutoring/Editing/Specialized Services

Please note: The tutoring and the writing classes are entirely separate: you don't need to take a class to register for tutoring, and you don't need to pay for a tutor to participate in a class.

No time for a class?  Here's your chance to get individualized instruction and information about writing, marketing and publishing. You simply email your personal instructor/editor, who will read and critique the writings you send and offer corrections and suggestions for a rewrite.

Sign up by registering for your first hour. Your tutor will keep a record of the time spent with you on individualized work. At the end of each month a notice will be sent to your email address billing you for any additional time you've used, at the rate of $60 US per hour, and your credit card will be billed for that amount. If you wish, you can give your tutor/editor an hourly limit for the month. For example, if you wish to spend no more than $60 per week, or every two weeks, using one hour of the tutor's time, advise the tutor of your budget. Your tutor will then monitor the time.

All financial information is kept confidential between you and A Cappela Publishing. If you are ready to register to work one-to-one with an instructor or editor, you can sign up below. You will be contacted by your tutor. Together, you will decide what is to be accomplished through this tutoring.

Student Comments:

"I've been talking about writing a book for 20 years.  Tutoring has finally gotten me off my butt and guided me, step by step, toward publishing success.  I think it's a winner."  Melissa Renee

"I've always been intimidated by instructional books.   Thanks, Patrika, for taking me by the hand."  Reagan Reichert
